Updated 14 October 2026. Elder Scrolls Forum is paid for by its owner. It takes no money from Bethesda, ZeniMax, Microsoft or any other publisher, and it runs no advertising.
Store links
Some guides link to official stores so readers can find a game or edition. Today none of those links earn us anything. If that changes, two things will happen before any such link goes live: this page will name the programmes involved, and every page that contains a commercial link will say so next to the link, not only in the footer. Commercial links will never decide what we recommend, and we will keep pointing to free or cheaper options when they are better.
What will not change
- No paid reviews, sponsored "news" or undisclosed promotion.
- No links to grey-market key resellers.
- Discussion threads stay free of advertising.
